Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us within that period (a clear statement by email is enough), then return the item.

Sealed-goods exemption. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to food supplements once the seal is broken. Unopened, sealed jars may be returned within 14 days. The exact applicability must be confirmed by legal counsel for SE/NO/DK before launch.

How to return

  • Email hello@trykarna.com with your order number.
  • We'll send return instructions and the address.
  • Return the goods promptly — within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof you've sent them). You cover the direct cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
